The Department of Prosthodontics and Implantolology deals with the replacement of lost structures in and around the oral cavity by artificial substitutes ( fixed or removable). The department is concerned with the treatment of fully edentulous patients, partially edentulous patients, patients having maxillofacial defects and patients with temperomandibular disorders.Treaments carried out use the recent advances in dental technology which include all Ceramic restorations, CAD/CAM aided zirconia restorations, endosseous dental implants and silicone maxillofacial prosthesis .
